We were instructed to remove the old roof completely due to a house fire, A tin roof scaffold was erected over the property before the start of the works, and we had the daunting task of removing the whole covering including the ceiling joists and lath and plaster ceiling as well as all the tenants belongs, this was very challenging as the roof was fragile, We then constructed the new roof in timber and then covered in a new Spanish high-grade slate and all roofline products.
